Pump, Filter, Backwash and Waste connections are threaded. The "In" connection is threaded and the "Out" connection is slip. Standard PVC glue or Multi-purpose glue required. Do not use blue/quick type dry glue. For 36" Aster Series Filters. Note: This valve will not attach to an Aster CS Filter. Please order (28225-CS) if needed for an Aster CS Filter.
