Hayward 1 1/2" Hose | SX160Z3

I have a built-in bench on my new dock. The contractor used 5/8 bolts to secure the wooden bench together. Some of the bolt ends protrude about an inch and I am concerned about people getting their clothing torn by these protruding threaded bolts. Will the below product solve my problem for a good fit over the bolt end to prevent clothing from getting caught? Do you need more information? Thank you.
