4701032 Deck-O-Seal is a reliable and durable joint sealant designed to withstand concrete movement while remaining flexible. Its high tensile strength (125 to 200 psi) and low storage temperature (< 80 deg F) ensure that the sealant remains effective for up to one year when stored correctly in its original container. As an added benefit, the sealant comes in a gray color to match the surrounding area. With an easy application process and 96 oz. packaging, this is ideal for sealing swimming pool decks and other types of joints that are subject to concrete movement. It can be used both indoors and outdoors.

The sealant contains a unique blend of specially formulated polymers to form a durable and watertight bond. It has excellent recovery characteristics, allowing it to flex and expand during temperature changes without cracking or crumbling. Additionally, the product is unaffected by pool chemicals, UV exposure, abrasion, or weathering. Once cured, it retains joint soundness and can be stretched or compressed up to 25%.
